Come and Meet the Team

  • Say “Hello” to the Sunny Days Teams!

We make big claims about our people, and that’s because we take extreme care in our selection and training processes. All our staff are professionally qualified, either externally, as part of apprenticeship schemes, or by our sister company, Side by Side Training, who work in collaboration with Yeovil College and Kingston Maurward College. Learn more about our care…

Just like your child, our teams are constantly learning and developing during their time at Sunny Days. Everyone has the same induction and opportunities, with personal development plans for each individual.

We’re proud of our Investor In People status, and we look forward to rewarding our staff individually and as teams over the year. Everyone particular looks forward to our annual anniversary Sunny Days Awards Night, which we are always glad to welcome parents along.

Why not drop in and discover first-hand how we’re exploring how to be ‘extraordinary’ every day?

  • Our Sunny Days Heart Principles

    To Smile

Children learn best when they’re happy and having fun, so we lead by example!

    To Be Safe

Children learn best when they’re safe and secure, so we build environments with this at the core.

    To Strive

Children learn best when they are stimulated and motivated, so we bring enthusiasm to every day!
